I bought 2 Mighty Mugs. I love the concept, but I can't figure out how to open the lid.
I tried to unscrew the lid but it does not budge. There is something on the website about unscrewing the center part but that does not budge either. Please tell me how to use it...how to load liquid into it. Thank you!!! Otherwise it is useless.
