Your Mighty Mug should work all of the time every time. If it doesn’t, we will make sure it is replaced for you. Checkout our care and use detail. If these tips do not get your Mighty Mug working like new, simply fill out our returns form here and send it back to us and we will have it replaced within 7-10 days.
For customers outside of the U.S., please message us through this link and we will work with one of our international distributors to have your Mighty Mug fixed or replaced.
