Looking to Return, Exchange or need a Replacement?
We've made the return process so much smoother; just fill out our Returns & Exchange Form here. Once completed, you will be prompted to print or email a pre-paid label (Domestic Returns only) to ship your Mighty Mug back to us.
If you are based outside of the US, and have purchased your Mighty Mug from us, we can certainly Replace or Refund your item, but the cost of returning your items will need to be covered by you. If you are outside of the US, and have not purchased your Mighty Mug from us, we recommend that you connect with place you orginally purchased and work with them.
Once received, we will have your replacement sent t or refund* issued within 14-20 days. *Refunds are only available for items purchased directly from themightymug.com. If your item was not purchased from themightymug.com, please reach out to the original point of purchase if you are looking for a refund.
