Many times two simple steps will get your Mighty Mug working like brand new.
1. Wipe the base of your Mighty Mug clean with and dry thoroughly.
2. Place your hand on the lid of your Mighty Mug and gently rock from left to right, then front to back, while keeping the Smartgrip bae on the table at all times.
