I order a mug with the 20% discount and it has been month and a half and still not shipping.
I already submitted 3 tickets and still waiting for the answer. And 2 times confirm my billing address and last 4 digits of my credit card. Horrible costumer service and no communication with the customer whatsoever even to tell you have no item available or something is going on.
Please send me the mug or cancell the order.
