I purchased the 4 pack (red, blue, and 2 black mugs). The red was wet inside the mug, had no stickers on it, had no papers inside, and smelled like mildew. It was like it had been used before it shipped. The blue one falls over with barely a nudge. I am not going to be punching my coffee very often, but I will be consistently bumping it based on past spilling history.
I have washed the orange bottom, flexed the ring, and used canned air. Nothing helps.
