Same here. I placed order and paid on 03 March. Tracking code is invalid, and goods did not arrive till now. Open 5 tickets asking status and damn zero response. Really poor company. Shame on you Mighty Mug. I will apply refund in paypal if no more response in the next two days.
For other consumers, never order from them in the website. You will be getting crazy.

I conducted my purchase day 03.03.2015 and yet my tracking code is invalid with status. Open 2 tickets to 11 days ago and no response. Which company is the one that treats its customers this way? I am very disappointed!
