its been a month now..

Hi. I ordered last April 13 for 7 mugs and up to now i haven't gotten anything yet. i tried to make a report by contacting the customer service thru email but the order code number from my transaction seemed to be not working or error. Is there anyway that I could track down my order? Thanks!

Does anyone know a phone numbr to speak to a rep for ordering?
How do i order? I have been waiting for 6 weeks to find out. Sent messages. Cant get any reply.
